As far as our company goes we know that if we do a job for an Angies List user, within a week Angies List will shoot them an email and layout a review system. We know people will sit down with a cup of coffee and spill the beans exactly how it all went down. Especially if it went bad they will want the world to know. As a homeower I find this system creates a scenerio that insures I will be getting top notch service to the best of that contractors ability. I am a realist and understand that things don’t always go as plan even for the most experienced contractors. But someone who will “make good” on a bad situation is worth their weight in gold.
